KC4WCG(Matt May) & KC0BS(Brian Short) are happy to announce the next 3
rounds of ham classes for the Kansas City Area.

If you or someone you know would benefit by obtaining your ham license,
please sign up for one of these great opportunities.

We have graduated 173 hams in the last 15 months, and no one has failed to
get their license yet.

We offer 3 different locations and dates that we hope will fit your
schedule.

*March 1st & 8th (Saturdays 9am-5pm) at Centerpoint Medical Center
(Independence, MO)*

*Mar 18, 20, 25, 27 (Tu/Th, Tu/Th 6pm-10pm) at St. Joseph Medical Center
(435 & Stateline)*

*April 26, May 3 (Saturdays 9am-5pm) at the National Weather Service
Training Center (Near KCI)*

Hospital and emergency preparedness staff are especially encouraged to
attend in order to particpate in the *KCHEART* program that all the Metro
hospitals have put into place.

Also, *Kansas Legacy Program* candidates--as young as 11 can be successful
in this class. This is your chance to pass the magic of this hobby to your
children, grand children, nieces & nephews.

Please have those interested register at www.hamclass.org as soon as
possible, as these classes fill up quickly. There are printable flyers at
the website that you can hand out to potential students.
